DescriptionEdit

Eantis is a mantis-based insect that has a striking white face and red, spiny forearms. It has bright orange stick-like wing appendages but it is unable to fly.

These are the smallest fully mutated monsters on Exile Island, and are regularly preyed upon by the wild Frooster that dwell in the trees. Eantis protects itself by growing an exoskeleton that is difficult to break through by constantly ingesting bone, shells and other hard objects that are found along the shoreline. They have also developed an aggression towards other monster species as a means to defend themselves, and use their odd-colored body to warn predators to keep away.

In battle, young Eantis will throw themselves recklessly at their opponent hoping that one of their spines will do damage to their target. The more experienced Eantis will aim their spined arms at an opponent's eyes to blind them, then proceed to bring down their foe through their favorite attack, Terra Blade.
